We love the Sea Cliff. We try to stay here every time we are in Maine. They keep their property nice and homie and right on the beach! Staff is great. Property is clean and comfortable. Stay here for a great Maine experience in OOB!

I love everything about this place. The location is perfect. Its far enough away from the busy pier yet close enough to walk as well. I have been coming here for years and never have been disappointed. Off peak prices are amazing!! Rooms are newly renovated and look beautiful.

We got a great weekend so we decided to take a ride to the beach. We stayed at the Waves Gull property it was excellent. Service was very good and the location was great, steps from the beach. The balcony had a view of the ocean. The room had a small kitchenette with everything you could need. A fridge with separate freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, even a little stove with real dishes, glasses, cups, etcetera! It was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, lots of room, a little table with chairs, dresser, flat screen TV and more. Would recommend. Pool was very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in OOB!

I loved the building we stayed in and our room, though small, was absolutely adorable and beautifully decorated. The multiple entrances/exits made the beach that much more accessible. The facilities, the washroom in particular, was recently updated and the shower was a nice surprise (as it was amazing!) The staff were incredibly pleasant and went out of their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

The rooms were spacious, and we absolutely loved that the rooms came with silverware, coffee pot (filters included) coffee cups, double electric hot plate to cook food and so on. Plus, we absolutely loved the fact that it was pet friendly so our furr baby could come with us for our stay. Lastly, the staff were awesome!!
