The property is very cozy and right by the beach. Beach towels are provided. Parking was not a problem, enough space available. The stuff is very nice and welcoming. Breakfast is included but very simple, Omelette, Pancakes and French Toast. Fridge is in the room, and Microwave is available for everyone to use. I’d very much recommend that place. Good restaurants in walking distance for dinner.

    The room was immaculate and had beautiful views and a very short walk to the private beach with chairs provided! The grounds with the hydrangeas and other flowers in bloom were beautiful. The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant. It really made our first Cape Cod experience memorable!
