The room was full of amenities (microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, coffee pot, large tv) and provided a lot of freebies (koozies, soaps, facial pads, shampoo). It was less than 3 minutes walking away from the beach and was a prime location.

What a perfectly situated unit! Very convenient to walk on the boardwalk to catch the sunrise. The unit was very roomy, lots of storage space. It is decorated very cute, you can tell the owners stay there too so it is lovely that they share their cute condo like this. Avant Stay seems to be a reliable company. We were there during a cold snap. We called when we had trouble getting heat, they sent their guy out to fix the furnace right away and provided a space heater until they could get the part in the morning. And fun little amenities too. I will look for Avant Stay listings.

This is the second time my kids and I have stayed here for spring break. It's my favorite property in Port A. It is the perfect size and location. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

It was amazing. Simply amazing. House location was phenomenal. The house itself was beautiful. Very welcoming and serene…. Good for the soul. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The chairs on the front deck… so comfy and the perfect place to watch the ocean and just soak it all in. Loved the house and it’s location.
