We had expected it to be on the other side of the river, but taking the ferry was not much of an inconvenience as we never had to wait very long and the ferry crossed quickly.

Built in 1870, this historical home in Saint-Siméon faces Rivière Noire and Fleuve Saint-Laurent. It offers beach access and an outdoor terrace by the water. We had an amazing stay at the Gentilhomière. The upper apartment was absolutely stunning and felt incredibly comfortable and relaxing. We have rarely stayed in such a nice place. The welcoming of the managers was also on the next level !! double that with a very good breakfast served in the room. Absolutely recommended.

Amazing view! The property is new. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and available at any time of the day or night. The amenities were great and everything was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

It was a magical place and we'd love to return! From watching whales, to picking blueberries to hiking to the beach and walking out to the islands at low tide, we just loved our stay!
