The staff were very helpful and very friendly. I was lucky to be given a room upgrade on arrival to a room with an amazing lake view. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and served in a lovely peaceful room with lake views.

The property is spatious, clean and has a very nice view on the surrounding mountains. There kitchen is well equiped for self catering, the infra sauna is a nice to have after a day of skiing or hiking. There are also some board games and books for kids. It is located close to the train station and to shops. The host was communicative and nice. Note that the apartment is on multiple levels with stairs in between.

Beautiful authentic castle rooms offer you fantastic views of the lake and the Inner Swiss mountains. All Junior Suites have a private indoor pool. Great staff especially Killion Bark, always made sure we were enjoying our stay and the area.

The family-run Seehotel Riviera at Lake Lucerne is situated in the small bay of Gersau at Lake Lucerne, surrounded by a marvellous mountain scenery. Very friendly and efficient staff. Extremely comfortable beds! So good to rest. Silent. Amazing view through the window. And a0 very good breakfast!
