Matatagpuan sa baybayin ng Lake Lucerne, sa loob ng isang pribadong parke, makikita ang Seehotel Waldstätterhof Swiss Quality sa isang gusali mula noong 1870. Fabulous location. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. I was lucky to be given a room upgrade on arrival to a room with an amazing lake view. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and served in a lovely peaceful room with lake views.

Beautiful authentic castle rooms offer you fantastic views of the lake and the Inner Swiss mountains. All Junior Suites have a private indoor pool. Very comfortable room with a really nice view of Lake Lucerne with mountains in the background. Mt. Rigi is just across the lake and there is an unobstructed view of the summit. I don't know the age of the hotel but has the appearance of being old, yet has modern facilities. Breakfast was nice and included hot items. There is a small well-stocked grocery within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It was geared towards the residents but still had a nice selection of snacks and drinks.

The family-run Seehotel Riviera at Lake Lucerne is situated in the small bay of Gersau at Lake Lucerne, surrounded by a marvellous mountain scenery. Small like three stars but everything like more than 5 stars
