InterContinental Dalian is an international luxury hotel located in the city center, within walking distance to the subway station, train station and local restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Winnie and Sherry. We had a super pleasant experience during our stay. We felt we are welcome the minute we walked towards the entrance. All male staff were initiated to help, this brought the first good impression to us of how passionate of Dalian people are. One of the room had leaking, my feedback was responded in a very short period of time. The male staff who assisted us to change to another room was patient to wait for us finished packing our luggage and initiated to help carrying our luggages. The lady at the concierge was helpful also on the day of our leaving the hotel, in helping us ordering a transport and explain in details of what transport to get in order to fit in our bulky luggages. In all, it was a pleasant stay. !

Shangri-La Hotel, located in the central business district, is a 20-minute car ride from Dalian International Airport. I really appreciate how conveniently located the hotel is. And the staff were so friendly, from the lobby to the front desk and even the restaurant. Ms. Vivian Wang was especially kind to us, showing us around the restaurant. We had a wonderful lunch, it was our first time in Dalian. I hope she sees this message. Thank you so much for accommodating us. It means the world to us, and we really appreciate you and the other staff in the restaurant.

Ideally set in Dalian, Pullman Dalian features air-conditioned rooms with free private parking and room service. Great location with a big free park nearby. Close to shopping mall and popular street food. Really helpful stuff. Very big thanks to Shining. She helped me with all the requirements and even helped to upgrade my room due to the booked one has a little bit issue.

All of the staff are very nice and friendly. Always ready to help anytime. I really appreciated my stay. Breakfast is great, with many kinds of food. Mostly Chinese food with great desserts. I loved the dumpling soup; you can choose many toppings like salt, soybean sauce, coriander, chopped spring onions, etc. Eggs, porridge, soup, I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Located 10~15 min walk from the Zhongshan Square, it is quiet at night. Even if the main Dalian Railway Station is behind my room, there are not many frequencies of trains, no need to worry about the noise at all. Certainly, I will come back here when I visit DCL again. Highly recommend.
