The family that runs El Pajas met me off the ferry, and were very kind and welcoming. The accommodation is fantastic - large well appointed rooms in an 'island style' that really fits with the place. Spotlessly clean. The owner gave me fresh fruit and juice during my stay, and allowed me to stay at the property until my mid-afternoon ferry on the day I left. One of the best places I have stayed during my month in the Galapagos. Thoroughly reccomend.

The house is right on the beach, just a few steps away from a refreshing morning dip in the sea. All cooking facilities are available and easy to use. As we were the only guests, we had the entire house to ourselves, including all the hammocks and the many little benches and seating spots around the property. These made it perfect to enjoy the view, the silence, the sun, and the unique energy of the place. Everything is within walking distance, as it is a small island, so you can simply relax and enjoy the views, the vibes, and the incredible wildlife, turtles, sea lions, and so much more, all right at your doorstep. Thank you, Ingrid, for making our stay so pleasant. You are an amazing host, always available when needed, but never intrusive. We could not have asked for more..
