From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception desk made me and my wife feel incredibly welcome and were always eager to help with any queries or requests. A special thanks to Ms. Nour, whose warm hospitality truly made a difference. The hotel boasts vast and well-maintained facilities that cater to all needs. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, offering spectacular sea views that are simply breathtaking. The WiFi service is impressively speedy, which was a big plus for staying connected. The dining experience was another highlight. Both breakfast and dinner featured a rich variety of tasty foods that cater to different tastes and preferences. Special thanks to Mr. Fady for ensuring that every meal was delightful. While the food and drinks might seem a bit expensive when priced in the local currency, they are quite reasonable when considered in USD, Euros, or Gulf currencies. Compared to other nearby beachfront getaways like Jaz Crystal, this resort’s buildings are exceptionally well-structured and beautifully designed. It also boasts more swimming pools and provides greater privacy in neighboring rooms, enhancing the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. I would also like to thank the golf cart drivers who were always available to transport us within the hotel. Their prompt and friendly service added greatly to the convenience of our stay. All in all, our stay at this beachfront hotel was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I look forward to returning in the upcoming summers!
