Great location, although residential it was 2 minute walk to Underground Metro station ( which is super cheap ) 15 minutes walk to beach and science park.

These smart and well-equipped apartments are located just a short walk from Valencias port area and a 10-minute walk from Arenas beach. Location, cleanness, wi-fi, helpful staff

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PET POLICY Pets are only accepted upon request and exclusively in the Double Patio Rooms on the ground floor. All other rooms are NOT suitable for pets. The sea view was great. The bed was huge and comfortable. The terrace was literally one of the best places of the room.

With one bus trip, you are in the center in 20 minutes.

We liked everything. Great location for the beach and transportation. Easy and safe to walk around the neighborhood. Few groceries and corner stores close by to buy groceries or whatever you need.
