The combination of modern house and igloo, which allows us to enjoy the starry night and northern lights comfortably inside the room. Close to lake, easy to hunt northern lights. Also loved the breakfast and dinner buffet.

Apukka Resort is in Apukka, just 15 minutes drive from Rovaniemi. The property features multiple saunas, including an ice sauna, igloo sauna and movable saunas. The resort have list of things you can do here ( additional fee, of course ) We stayed only 2 nights so we just stay here and enjoying the resort, relaxing.

This boutique hotel is 8 km from Rovaniemi Airport and Santa Claus Village. It features bright, ultra-modern rooms with individually themed décor. WiFi and parking are free. Great locations, staff was amazing and the inside of the hotel is beautiful. Make sure you use the sauna.

The apartment is very spacious and clean with modern facilities. The owner was there to meet us when we arrived and came back quickly with any questions we had. The apartment is conveniently located in Rovaniemi City Centre and a taxi to SCV was around €27 each way or its not far to a bus stop. Would definitely recommend and use again for another trip
