Close to the old harbour, terrific rooms (we had one with a huge jacuzzi that my wife thoroughly enjoyed!), very clean and the owner and staff are delightful and extremely helpful. It exceeded our expectations and we were very happy staying there. The coffee machine stopped working and it was immediately replaced - fantastic customer service! Even the WiFi was excellent.

The fact that the hotel is right by the beach and that you can lie on the beach and go swim in the pool at the same time sets this hotel apart from most hotels in the Rethymno city. Another great thing about the location of the hotel is that you can walk to the nearby tavernas for lunch or dinner or to the city centre (it's a 35-minutes walk to the old town). We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. We also liked the "adults-only" atmosphere - it was very peaceful at the pools and the beach. The hotel and the whole city also feels very safe and there is nobody who would disturb you at the beach (as it is common on some other touristic places).

It was our second stay in this beautiful hotel and each time their staff, services, amenities and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Each staff member has meticulous attention to detail to anything they do, which made our stay so special snd unforgettable.
