He was happy to carry our bags to the room when he saw me struggling with the stairs. He welcomed us the two mornings we were there with some sweet nibbles to get the day started. The arrangement at the room was well thought of and we found everything we needed and even more. There were even umbrellas and hiking poles in case we needed them for our journey around Hydra. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was where I spent most my day at looking at the alley, people greeting us and the beauty of Hydra while sipping coffee or enjoying breakfast. Thank you mr Kiriaous for your hospitality and making us feel like royalty guests.

House is located in the quite street, which brings you that peaceful and calm island vibe, at the same time it is just 3 min away from harbor and very nice restaurants and taverns, so location is absolutely great. Definitely will be happy to stay in Piteoussa rooms on my next visit.

The kitchen was well appointed and coffee was provided. It was a bit of a walk up the hills (recommend you use the donkey service both ways), but was so peaceful in the morning and during our midday rest. We were glad we were not “in town.” Loved sitting on the patio- especially in the evening. Our hostess was wonderful and could not be more helpful for all our needs. We loved this place. I was told that “Hydra is a vacation from your Greek vacation,” and this place had it all!
