I liked that the property was close to the port. The owner went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. He arranged for a bottle of Prosecco for my bf bday. The communication between myself and the owner was prompt and fast! Also offering recommendations for food etc.

Beautiful and very clean rooms in one of the best spots on the island. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Amazing people that make you feel like home. We will definitely return!

Offering a barbecue and views of the sea, Porto Koundouros Villas is located on the beachfront in Koundouros in the Kea Region. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. We booked for my father's 80th birthday and as they live in Athens it was a good location as was near and the facilities at the resort where perfect for him to not have to travel much. We were extremely happy with every aspect of the hotel especially the staff (Fotini was incredible and accommodating) the beach, the accomodation and the food where fantastic for the price and we had a great stay. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back soon!
