The host is very kind and gave us a ride to a bike rental shop after checking in and to the port after check out.

Everything is perfect! The view and the facilities were awesome. You could use the kitchen to cook yourself and do the laundry . Will definitely stay again next time

Right on the Henro path, about 3km before Iyadaniji temple. It’s clean, comfortable and very well-appointed, with a bar that looked great. Seiji is an excellent host who has created a wonderful resting place for travellers and pilgrims.

The extra kindness of the owners that made us feel at home, the amazing view from the terrace, the confy tatami bedroom, the nice kitchen area, the private beach with hammocks, and on top of that the local craft beer brewed by the owner himself! I've traveled in Japan for many times and lived in many Minshuku style Guesthouse like this, and this stay is absolutely the best. It is very clean compared to others, and food is great - they provided many different style, and healthy foods! More importantly, the host/hostess were so kind, and they helped me a lot since I got to work a little bit during stay, and they also shared some story and trekking path on the island. Highly recommended!

We were very impressed. The house is built from containers, but is impressively usable. Well equipped, both in the kitchen, terrace and beach equipment. Cozy little quiet town. Shopping and restaurants are a little bit of a distance away, so do your shopping on the way there and enjoy the house, view and beach. Highly recommendable. Nice and friendly host.

Ken-san greeted me to help carry my bags. Upon check-in he brought me tea and I enjoyed the view of the sea from the common space/ kitchen area. The place is beautifully rustic and immaculately clean. I could have spent days just starting at the sea. And the food…. Wow. Everything from the garden or the sea. A delicious craft beer which felt well deserved after a walk to the lighthouse. And finally an amazing and very hot sauna before bed. This was more than just a night’s stay- it was an inspiration on how to live in harmony with nature. I didn’t want to leave and hope to come back.
