MAHHO TERRACE MIYAKO er staðsett á Miyako-eyju, í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Painagama-ströndinni og 2,9 km frá To River Sunset-ströndinni. The facility was totally renovated to accommodate value seeking travelers offering clean rooms with several styles of beds. I definitely liked hot water shower pressure and there was a bathtub if preferred for ladies.

Ronsard Resort IRABU er staðsett á Miyako-eyju, 1,6 km frá Irabu Ohashi Kaitsu-minnisvarðanum og býður upp á gistirými með útisundlaug, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garði og verönd. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. He knows a lot about the area, all the hidden gems and whatnot. Room is flawless. Private chef was very nice. Location isn't bad, especially if you're flying into Shimojishima Airport. I'll be back.

Located in Yonaha, 400 metres from Yonaha Maehama Beach and 1.9 km from Kurima Bridge, GLOCE 宮古島 LAPSl 与那覇前浜ビーチまで徒歩5分宮古島の自然と犬に癒されるオーナー同居型ゲストハウス offers a garden and air conditioning. The friendliness of the host family was amazing! They were very warm, constantly took care that I had all the necessities and showed me the best spots on the island; even helped me with the bike renting and the drive back to the airport! The room was also very clean and equipped with the essentials.

Happy Island Miyako er staðsett á Miyako-eyju, 1,9 km frá Painagama-strönd og 6,2 km frá Irabu-brú. Boðið er upp á garð og borgarútsýni. Gististaðurinn státar af sameiginlegu eldhúsi og sólarverönd. Max was really nice and really helpfull. There is a full equiped kitchen available and the room was confortable. Wifi ok and the place is closed to really amazing beaches by car.

Miyakojima Kurima Resort Seawood Hotel has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Miyako Island. Half board breakfast and dinner tasty. Sunset view from the villa is spectacular on a clear day.

Hotel Shigira Mirage er staðsett á Miyako-eyju, 100 metra frá Shigira-strönd, og býður upp á gistingu með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, verönd og veitingastað. Great rooms with very comfy beds. The hot tub on the balcony was a real hit. The kids loved the pools and the snorkelling at the beach was superb and very family friends. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

The Rescape er staðsett á Miyako-eyju, 11 km frá safninu Miyakojima Sea Treasure Museum, og býður upp á gistingu með útisundlaug, ókeypis einkabílastæði, verönd og veitingastað. This is the place you are dreaming of! We were looking for something special to end our honeymoon trip to Japan. Miyako island is an incredible place, and the rescape makes it even better.  This is not the typical resort with enormous buildings over the sea. The rescape is literally immersed in nature without ruining it.  We stayed in the comfort cottage, a huge room with a private swimming pool. Everything was just perfect: pool, beds, shower, bath tub, breakfast (both "western" and Japanese, served on alternating days). The shabu shabu dinner served to the room was delicious, totally worth it! I appreciated their care for the environment. Also, the staff is so kind and discreet: they will give you all the privacy you need but they're always ready to help you.

Private Resort Hotel RENN er staðsett á Miyako-eyju, aðeins 400 metra frá Imgya Marine Garden og býður upp á gistirými með sjávarútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Renn san was super friendly, he provided valuable inputs for our snorkeling plans. I wish we stayed there 1-2 more nights to fully utilize his inputs! XD The facility has a great view of the night sky, if you happen to catch a good cloud-less weather while you are there, you would be able to enjoy a good view of the Milky Way!

Hotel Hibisicus er staðsett á Miyako-eyju, 3,9 km frá Yonaha Maehama-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með sameiginlegri setustofu, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garði og verönd. This was probably one of my favorite accommodations that I stayed in Japan. Super remote island with beautiful beaches all around. It's a very homely guest house with a friendly host which took us snorkeling and around the main Island when it was raining.
