Kirinda Heaven - Yala, a property with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, is set in Kirinda, 700 metres from Kirinda Beach, less than 1 km from Nidangala Beach, as well as 14 km from Tissa Wewa. We enjoyed the swimming pool and got good use out of it. There is a very lovely atmosphere with all the lights on at night and the beautiful plants and trees around. The family that lives there is so kind and helpful, and we will definitely book to stay here again.

This place is true. The beach nearby is... powerful. That's the proper word, probably. Wasn't suitable for swimming when we stayed (very turbulent sea), but was one of the pearls of our trip. Very secluded, feels like edge if the world. Which it is, basically. Just for yourself. Well, maybe also for a few other wanderers who got here) beautiful surroundings, a temple on a cliff close by. Embrace the world. Utterly friendly guys running the place - can't name them "staff", not the proper word

Situated in Yala, 500 metres from Palatupana Beach, Yala Ying Yang Hostel & Camping features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a restaurant. Very good quiet environment. The rooms were clean. The owner is very nice. There is a very beautiful beach nearby.everything was perfect

Situated in Kirinda, near Nidangala Beach and Kirinda Beach, Kingfisher Beach Resort-Yala is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and bar. Everting was perfect specially the food 😍 they have a perfect chef

Hilton Yala Resort has a fitness centre, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Yala. 21 km from Situlpawwa and 22 km from Tissa Wewa, the property provides a bar and a private beach area. Hilton Yala is a stunning hotel, newly built and with every detail of the highest specification. Our pool villa was spacious and beautifully designed. The grounds are immaculate and the expansive pool is incredible. The real selling point of this hotel however is the staff and the amazing service. Every single member of staff we encountered on our two night stay was friendly and helpful. You really get a sense of a hotel that want you to have the best stay possible and will go out of their way to make sure that happens. We were lucky enough to go on a morning safari with ranger Praneeth, who was so intent on finding us the elephants we wanted to see that he extended our safari by an hour to ensure it happened ! In the end, not only did we see a herd of elephants but a leopard too. It really is a magical place and we are already planning a return trip.

Located in Yala and only 200 metres from Palatupana Beach, O2 Villas Yala provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything especially the excellent service of the staff.

This place is amazing, in a very quiet place and you're really in the middle of nature just at the outskirts of the national park with peafowls and junglefowls wandering around just outside. And it's practically on the beach which is beautiful and untouched although not very suitable for swimming. Hansa, the man running it, is a great man - very, very kind and helpful and always smiling and attentive. Also, the food is fantastic - especially the breakfast and lunch. The patio is the perfect place to relax in the shade with a view down to the ocean.

I did not stay here while in Kirinda due to limited space (the owner and I connected on Whatsapp and he helped in finding me another property nearby) but most of the people in my group did. I wanted to write a review based on my experience with the property and the communication with the host when they realized that they were double booked. We had dinner for 16 there and it was amazing. The Host family is great and the property is in an amazing location. My friends that stayed there loved it. It’s a little bit more expensive than some of the other options but from what I could see it’s worth it!

Located in Tissamaharama, a few steps from Nidangala Beach, NIKARA Luxury Beach House provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Incredible place, so peaceful and beautiful. The staff makes you feel like you have been friends forever. Nikara is definitely on my list of places to revisit. Bo
