Hotel stuff was exceptionally helpful and nice. Everyday or every 2 days stuff gave us new sets of towels. Breakfast was tasty and there were a lot of options. One of the most unexpected and appreciated thing was fact that after asking for plant milk to coffee, hotels kitchen said they don’t have it but the next day they informed us that if we want coffee with plant milk they bought it 😊. Location of the hotel was pretty good. We had close to markets, beach and restaurants. To sum up we really recommend this place to everyone.

Every staff member we encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! They all go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was amazing, with gluten free options. Overall, we had a great experience !

Staff was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly, very helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much. Susanj beach is located 150m away, Altea provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Sea view, really close to the beach, just a few flight of stairs down. The apartment was nice, in the kitchen we also had some coffee and tea prepared. The host was also nice and helpful and they also have a little library where you can borrow and read books ;)
