Everything! It was one of the best places I’ve stayed. The common area makes it easier to meet new people. They also promote social activities such as game night. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. Although I stayed in a mixed dorm, the bathroom area is separated, which gives the ladies more privacy while showering. The internet is very good for people that are working while travelling. The view from the living room is stunning. Even from my bed was amazing. I recommend staying here if you plan to visit Kota Kinabalu.

Truly felt like a home away from home. Has all the amenities you need and a gorgeous view. A water filter for drinking water. Good hot showers, comfy beds and living area. Well placed power sockets and even a wireless charging dock. We enjoyed it so much despite it being towards the end of the city area. This meant a peaceful stay with a mall next door and laundry and convenience stores on the ground floor of the apartment building. For everywhere else, just GRAB. So worth it.

This villa is located directly at the beach with an amazing view. You have your own veranda, sun beds and a pool. Inside it is spacious, very clean and with a beautiful interior. Nathan our host was lovely, warm and welcoming. He helped us with everything we needed - be it laundry, a transportation, backbacks storage or recommendation for food or sightseeing. Thank you for this wonderful stay. We enjoyed it very much and can highly recommend it.

The hotel is very new, and the service is excellent. You can tell a lot of thought went into the interior design—stylish and well-executed. The breakfast is also quite good; the cheese chicken wrap is delicious, though it's not available every day. On weekend evenings, there's live music at the bar, which creates a great atmosphere. I also really liked the mystery box cocktails—they were a fun surprise.

AJ Residence - Above er í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Filipino Market Sabah. Good location, very helpful staff, clean room

CJ Residence - Opposite Public Bank Centre Point Point er staðsett í Kota Kinabalu á Sabah-svæðinu, 400 metra frá Filipino Market Sabah og 3 km frá Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village. CJ Residence was super communicative and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and have all amenities (iron, complimentary umbrella for your use during the stay, hair dryer, snacks and water!). Staff is super nice!! Highly recommend.

AC Residence er staðsett í Kota Kinabalu, í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Filipino Market Sabah og býður upp á gistirými með veitingastað, ókeypis einkabílastæði og bar. Big room, very clean, very nice decorated, AC works perfect, huge window, and a minifridge, located centraly, plenty of food options nearby. Still, keep in mind that the rooms are at the second and the third floor and there is no elevator.
