Centrally located best view comfy beds linen towel breakfast all included. Close to the airport and the waterfront. Really appreciated the staff helping all the time.

Loved everything about it!! Truly felt like a home away from home. Has all the amenities you need and a gorgeous view. A water filter for drinking water. Good hot showers, comfy beds and living area. Well placed power sockets and even a wireless charging dock. We enjoyed it so much despite it being towards the end of the city area. This meant a peaceful stay with a mall next door and laundry and convenience stores on the ground floor of the apartment building. For everywhere else, just GRAB. So worth it.

The hotel is designed by one of world's best architect,the whole experience inside the building is amazing.The location of the hotel is perfect in the city,the staffs were friendly and helpful.

Matatagpuan sa Kota Kinabalu, malapit sa Filipino Market Sabah, KK Esplanade, at Atkinson Clock Tower, nagtatampok ang AJ Residence - Above Peppermint Asia City ng libreng WiFi. Stunning room, clean and luxury feel to it. Staff were great, really helpful and had good communication through WhatsApp. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! You’d definitely struggle to find a nicer place than this in Sandakan. 10/10 recommend

Top class customer service. Friendly hosts that were extremely helpful, with proactive and professional communication. The quality of the room was great - one of the most comfortable beds we have stayed in during our travels with good quality towels, linen and pillows too. Well priced and a nice local area. We ended up staying an extra night, in a different room, and had a consistent experience.
