Plenty of hot water in the bath and good AC. Easy access to the beach! The owners have two dogs and four cats. None of them will approach you. They are super relaxed.

My stay at Alive Beach House was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself is stunning - beautifully designed, quaint, and full of charm. The sunsets are truly out of this world! The surfing was consistently great, and Max was an amazing instructor - patient, knowledgeable, and fun to learn from. Morning yoga classes were a fantastic addition and really elevated the overall experience. We also went horseback riding, which was unforgettable. The restaurant alone is worth coming back for. Every dish felt intentional, fresh, and rooted in the local flavors, without trying too hard. Combined with sunset views, post-surf exhaustion, and genuinely thoughtful service, meals became a highlight of each day. This place doesn’t just offer an experience — it lingers. Easily a 10 out of 10.

Extremely good service... very friendly and helpful owner and stuff (especially the guys from check-in and night-security). A good place to stay!
