La Sirenita is an amazing place to stay. It is a hidden gem right on the lake. It is very peaceful with the most beautiful sunsets on the island and a great and affordable bar just next door - take a walk on the beach. It is a simple accommodation with all the basics you need. If you love nature, camping and being surrounded by animals - this is the place for you. We especially loved Moka, the dog who will follow you around and provide loads of protection. The staff were so helpful, the breakfasts were delicious and very reasonably priced. It was so affordable! I highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Che’s cabana is located in a peaceful location near the lake, offering an authentic and rustic experience. The cabin is simple and comfortable, but it is more suitable for travelers who appreciate nature and simplicity rather than luxury. Che is very nice and he helped us a lot with excursions and transportation. Staying there was a wonderful experience

Finca la Magia er farfuglaheimili í frumskógi á litlum lífrænum bóndabæ rétt fyrir utan San Ramon, 40 km frá Moyogalpa. Amazing eco-friendly place. The staff is super nice and the place it is just as the pictures. For disconnecting, coming back to our roots.

Hotel San Juan Ometepe er staðsett í Altagracia, aðeins 2,3 km frá þjóðveginum, og býður upp á veitingastað og einkastrandsvæði. This hotel was fabulous. We stayed twice and had two rooms, so we actually saw 4 separate rooms. All of them were really high standard. I don’t think the photographs do this hotel justice. It is stunning. The location and a really central and the staff are lovely. I would love to come back and of course it was exceptional value for money

The most enjoyable part of the house is the beautiful patio by the rock's beach. Our room was quite large, welcoming with a private bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped, you have all the essentials to prepare your meals. Cherry on the top is the owner: Mar is a sweet and really kind local man who loves to give you hints and tips to explore this beautiful island.

You can tell this hostel was put together over years with care and attention. Furniture is all handmade by local craftsmen, for example. I spent way too much time in one rocking chair that I wanted to take home with me. Estelle the owner and her family give it a very homey touch. Filtered water is free! Highly recommend it.

The room was bright, beautiful, we had a lot of space, air conditioning worked, the bed is so comfy. On top Naldon is always there when you need something. He is happy to help you with any problem. The rest of the staff are also so welcoming. We would come back any time. The Xalli enriched our stay on Ometepe so much. Thank you for that! :)

Hotel Restaurante Los Cocos er staðsett í Santa Cruz, í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Santo Domingo-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, sameiginlega setustofu og... Great location close to everything we wanted to do in Ometope - great beach just a 20 second walk away, visit el pital and the nearby hostels which was walkable, and a few tiendas and shops nearby. Room was very cool and also had two fans. Good price and nice staff.
