She organized the taxi, asked about the cleaning times and I got a free desert at the restaurant . She gave good tips for activities. The flat had a nice balcony and was very central. I had great meals at the belonging restaurant.

Exceeded all expectations. Beautiful view, amazing hosts, perfect location and delicious breakfast. You could tell everything was done with so much care. Bed was incredibly comfy and we appreciated the different pillow options. Thank you for having us :)

The location is in the outskirts of Madalena on a calm and quiet street. The town center and the harbour can be reached by foot in less than 10 minutes. The apartment has everything travellers need, even a washing machine. I can definitely recommend BOA NOVA.

The staff is amazing, all smiling all the time and making sure you have the best time as per your plans. I was leaving the hotel at 2 a.m. to climb Mount Pico and they even prepared a lunch box for my day. They are absolutely awesome.

We were missing nothing and it had many details that you usually only find at home. We really enjoyed our stay. Will come back next time for sure. Exceptional service and effort from host Cláudia.
