The room was clean, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, with the option of a glass of prosecco :) We also appreciated the coffee option, which is available 24 hours a day and was delicious. In the evening we also ordered a glass of wine and it was the best wine we drank. The hotel is in the hills of Alfama, but it didn't matter at all, it was nice to walk back through the streets and listen to Fado from the restaurants and in the rainy moments we used Bolt

The property has atraditional exterior, which was fully renovated, and is at just 300 metres from Commerce Square, which overlooks the Tagus River. Spacious apartment , had everything we needed . Enjoyed the stocked fridge for breakfast and the fresh baked goods every morning . The location was just perfect for us . Staff were friendly and helpful . Organized a special cake for my birthday . A nice touch which we appreciated very much

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. A special mention to Nuno Vieiza and Tamally Guman at the bar—they truly went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. Their hospitality, friendliness, and great recommendations made for a fantastic experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It was also a lovely surprise to receive a welcome gift from the hotel—a thoughtful touch that made me feel even more special. I had an amazing time in Lisbon, and I highly recommend Hotel da Baixa to anyone visiting the city.

Áurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company is a unique 5-star property situated on the banks of the Tagus River, in a historic building in Lisbon's iconic Alfama quarter. The hotel features a permanent archaeological exhibition, as well as modern facilities, like an indoor pool, restaurant, massage room and Turkish bath. The breakfast was very good and there was a lot of choice. The area was very close to the city center.

Besides the location being excellent (right in downtown Lisbon and rather close to two underground stations), the staff was very friendly and informative. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. The staff kindly provided me with a lock pad for the locker, as I forgot to bring my own. The showers/bathrooms were sufficient, and amazingly clean. I really enjoyed my stay!
