This place is absolutely amazing and I regret we only had short stay. I would definitely come back for longer relaxed holiday. We got a fully equipped small cottage - separate bedroom, bathroom and living space with modern kitchen equipment. Furnishing is stylish and looks new. Outside you can sit on the terrace and enjoy view of the beautiful horses. You are in the middle of nature. By short walk you get to a private beach on the lake - it is on the rocks, so maybe not for small children to play alone- but absolutely beautiful to sit, relax, you can do BBQ, swim. The nearest small town is 15 min drive where you have large supermarket and several restaurants. The hostess was friendly, came to welcome us and show everything.

The place is in a beautiful quiet location, there are flowers and terraces everywhere and a beautiful garden. The equipment is complete including a washing machine and dryer and a jacuzzi. Homely cozy environment. The landlady is very nice and helpful. We can definitely recommend it to everyone.

The area is quiet, peaceful and undisturbed whilst the tents themselves spacious and cosy. From the start we felt very welcome and the care of our hosts exceeded our expectations; it was obvious they take great pride in what they do. Having included access to canoes, bikes, fishing, hiking trails.. this was a nature lovers dream.

Matatagpuan sa Sjötorp, 20 km mula sa Mariestad Train Station, ang Perssons i Backens Pensionat- Sjötorps Vandrarhem & Rum ay nag-aalok ng accommodation na may mga libreng bisikleta, libreng private... Location was BEAUTIFUL! Not far from the lake and the Gota Canal. Breakfast had a wide choice of fresh food. Great quality and quantity. Staff is VERY friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hostel.

Situated 100 metres from Bomstadbaden Beach by Lake Vänern, this resort offers cottages with a private terrace and a kitchenette. Karlstad city centre is 10 km away. The cabin was absolutely perfectly clean. We were not expecting it to be so fancy. Myself, hubby and the kids really enjoyed our short getaway. I recommend eating at Julins Texas BBQ Junkyard restaurant just 11min away. We hope to return to the cabin with friends when the snow has melted. The cabin is very well stocked with all utensils and all you need. Just remember to bring sheets and duvet covers and towels.
