One of the most unique and quite amazing places where we've stayed. We booked the small red summer cottage that is 150 years old, which is in fact a bucket list item for people coming to Sweden, and it was an experience in itself. The cottage is as expected small but quite comfortable and with excellent amenities. The location is right above the whole town and a minute walk to the main street. The property has a playground area for kids, and a small area to sit on the rocks/hill above the cottage which gives quite an excellent view of the lake and Visingsö. Warm recommendation to everyone coming here, as Helena is a very hospitable, friendly, and quite positive person.

Von Otterska Villan is a heritage-listed 1870s building, 150 metres from Gränna village. It offers a private, self-catering apartment with a balcony overlooking Lake Vättern. WiFi and parking are... Much more than seen in the above picture. Cozy little holiday apartment that gives that homey vibe.. Got every little thing you'ld need when you're outta home. Really nice place, great location and free street parking space on availability. I really loved the privacy I got there as I enjoyed the entire space all to myself throughout my stay. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped to meet basic needs.👌🏽 Nice bathroom with basic features.

Could not have been better. It had everything we could have wished for and more. The communication with the host was perfect.

The little house was really gorgeous, and the view over the lake was great. Mikael and Stina were lovely, perfect hosts. Wish we had been able to stay longer.
