From how beautiful it was, the breakfast, how amazing the staff were most especially Parn and Sarina at reception. Our 4year old felt so comfortable all she wanted to do was stay with the staff at the reception. Make sure you try the Massama curry! It was so so good. Also Amy and the other ladies at the spa were supper amazing.

Phutawan Railay Resort is a 15-minute speedboat ride from popular Ao Nang Beach. Diving and snorkelling trips to Ko Lanta and the Phi Phi Islands are just a short speedboat ride away. Absolutely everything was perfect. The staff is very nice and polite, love them! Everyone was ready to help and support if anything was needed. The resort itself has a great location (5 min walk to the beach and the hotel also provides a free shuffle by tuk-tuk). It's a very beautiful place and you can find in the room anything you need. We stayed at the separate cottage and it was amazing. A very exotic vibe. Breakfast was also delicious and there was a huge variety of food. Would definitely stay there again. Once again special thanks to the staff with the warmest welcome!

Resort territory was really peaceful and lovely, pool fantastic, breakfast & dinner tasty, staff very friendly and helpful. We also took some excursions offered by hotel (village tour and island hopping) and were very happy with these too (as well as the transfers organised by hotel). Could not have asked for anything better and will definitely return one day :)
