A very nice apartment, easy to find and with a very easy self-checkin! Situated right on the edge of the large Sea Garden park, which is - what's in a name - on the shores of the Black Sea. A perfect location for endless walks on and by the beach, swimming, and for visiting all highlights of Varna. There's a small supermarket literally right around the corner, barely 3 minutes on the way 🙂 And bigger ones all around on 10 minutes walking. The apartment is spacious enough for two. The kitchen offers everything you might need. There is even a tiny balcony. To my surprise, the washing machine turned out to be also a tumble dryer! A bottle of wine and some bottled water was welcoming me on the kitchen table. Over all, very well recommended. I would choose California apartment again, when available.

We were family of four. The apartment is very clean and spacious enough. It has all necessary equipment for staying week long like fully equipped kitchen, including coffee machine and compliments as coffee, tea etc. It has its own parking spot which is great benefit considering the area. It is very close to the beach (5 min walk) and sea garden and lot of places to eat and have fun. We'll definitely come back when we visit the city

While the building was a little intimidating at first, it was a beautiful and spacious apartment with a wonderful view from the terrace. The apartment was very well stocked with anything and everything you could need. The washer and dryer rack were so welcome after a week of travel. I would love to stay here for an even longer vacation!

Located 200 metres from Varna Beach and 700 metres from Central railway station Varna in the centre of Varna City, Apt "South Beach" 100 steps from the sea provides accommodation with free WiFi and... This is my third time in Varna and my first time staying in this apartment. I will definitely be back. I stayed here for six nights. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. But absolutely everything you need! It has all the amenities necessary for a perfect stay. You will see for yourself. The sofas, chairs, and bed are very comfortable. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. There are two small but cozy balconies. There is free private parking in the garage located on the ground floor of the building. The entrance to the building is secure. Although it is on the 5th floor, there is a modern, very safe elevator. At the apartment reception, the host will provide you with all the details you need to enter the apartment. I had a problem with these details because I had not activated my roaming (I am from Romania). The location of the apartment is excellent! Very close to the central beach, very close to Primorski Park, very close to the restaurants in the port (I recommend the Happy, Burrata, and Staria Chinar restaurants). The Odessoss supermarket is 100 meters away. If you take an evening stroll through Primorski Park, you will quickly reach the old town, where you will find shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc. I highly recommend it.
