For this price, I think these are great apartments. Obviously, the hotel is not new, but they take good care of it: the apartments are perfectly clean, new plumbing, taps, shower, good water pressure, hot water, etc. There is no hair dryer, if this is important to anyone. The kitchen is equipped: there is a kettle, stove, toaster, even a coffee machine, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, glasses. As already written earlier, there are no rags / sponges, but it will not be difficult to buy it in the nearest store. The beds are comfortable, pillows too, the bedroom is dark (for those with children). The food in the restaurant is varied: you can always find something for yourself at breakfast. Dinner every day - food from different countries of the world. Greek and Cypriot were very tasty. In general, local). The meat was very tasty, even in another restaurant for an additional fee, it was worse. The staff is excellent, always ready to help, they fulfilled all requests. Excellent embankment, perfectly equipped for strollers and looks endless (towards Pootaras, from the church).

Menawarkan WiFi gratis dan pemandangan kolam, Villa Martha menyediakan akomodasi yang berlokasi di Protaras, hanya 3 menit jalan kaki dari Pantai Kalamies. Check in was easy - key was in the safe box (self-check-in possible 24/7), there is code for the ramp in front of the complex of 5 villas and each villa has its own garden and parking. Place was clean, there is nice kitchen, dining room and living room with small toilet on the ground floor, with the access to the pool with lounge area, outdoor dining table, sunbeds, BBQ with sink, kids playing area. Upper floor has 3 bedrooms with double bads (one separate bathroom), one share bathroom and balcony overlooking pool area - accusable from 2 bedrooms. Smart TV in the living room, all equipment in the kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine. Internet connection is fast. AC in each room. Water is heated by sun; there is additional heater in case of cloudy weather. It is possible to get to the beach by foot - 5 minutes. (Mind that there is shortcut, not very visible - I will share map). Local shops are overpriced, but shopping in nearby Paralimni is possible, as well as ordering delivery via APP. We stayed in second half of February, pool and the sea are cold of course, but some people were swimming. It is comfortable to chill by the pool or the sea if there is not much wind. There is kids playground just behind the complex, there is also safety net for small kids on the upper floor. Pool is 1.2 to 1.7 deep. Staff of the agency running the property is very helpful - special greetings to George who assisted us with all info and support needed. Overall, we are happy with the stay and would book it again. p.s. If you are attiring by car, mind that navigation may (mis)lead you to Pinias street from which you cannot access the street of the complex (there is unpaved road along the parking which is not suitable for cars).

The living room featured a smart TV, allowing us to stream our favorite shows with ease. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, making meal prep effortless. The master bedroom was large and comfortable, with a spacious balcony perfect for soaking up the sun. The garden provided plenty of space for privacy, relaxation, and sunbathing. I also appreciated the convenience of private parking. What made our stay even more special were the frequent visits from beautiful Cypriot cats, adding a charming touch to our experience.
