The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and the hotel is really close to cala Agulla beach, probably 2-3 minutes walk. The receptionists were very helpful and polite, they booked my transportation to the airport and even gave me a bus timetable for when I wanted to visit Palma. As a solo traveller I really appreciate how friendly all the staff were, the cleaners, the bartender and the waiters, they always had a smile and were ready to help you, specially the lady with the blonde hair, Pablo and Guillermo.

Vam tenir un problema amb el cotxe i ens van ajudar a gestionar la reparació posant-nos en contacte amb un mecànic. Si tornem a Mallorca repetirem segur!
