The receptionists were very helpful and polite, they booked my transportation to the airport and even gave me a bus timetable for when I wanted to visit Palma. As a solo traveller I really appreciate how friendly all the staff were, the cleaners, the bartender and the waiters, they always had a smile and were ready to help you, specially the lady with the blonde hair, Pablo and Guillermo.

The apartments were well equipped. Only minor downside: we didn’t immediately find the place to check in when we arrived but one of the staff was there soon enough.
