The location was excellent right next to the beach, wonderful views. The outdoor kitchen and seating areas on the top floor were fantastic. We were a group of 8 and found we had loads of space. There were 3 full size sofas inside which made it really comfortable to relax both inside and outside. It is close to some lovely restaurants and cafes. Beautiful accommodation.

Our stay at Alma Libre Beach Apartment was excellent. Communication with Roxana and Javier was warm, professional and always very responsive. From the beginning, everything felt smooth and well organized. The apartment is beautifully designed, combining Mediterranean comfort with a subtle Asian touch that creates a calm and elegant atmosphere. It feels curated with care rather than simply furnished. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped — spices, quality cookware, a modern induction stove and oven, a coffee machine and even a traditional moka pot. Cooking here truly felt like being at home. The layout is perfect for families: two bathrooms (including a spacious walk-in shower), two toilets and an impressive amount of storage space throughout the apartment. We especially appreciated the thoughtful details. There were clothespins, a generous supply of cleaning products (even gloves in two sizes), extra garbage bags, as well as small everyday items like cards, candles and matches. It is clear that the hosts genuinely think about their guests’ comfort. The apartment is comfortable in all seasons. The air conditioning heats efficiently, and for cooler evenings there is a large fireplace where you can even bake pizza — a fantastic feature. Even in February, we were perfectly warm thanks to the cozy duvets. The location is excellent — one minute from the sea and marina, 15 minutes from the stunning Es Trenc beach, and with a large supermarket + ATM just around the corner. A special highlight nearby is Restaurante S'escar by Colonial, an outstanding restaurant and ice-cream parlor only 10 minutes on foot. Treat yourself with something delicious. We truly felt at home and would return without hesitation. Thank you again for a beautiful stay.

Die Apartments Edificio Puerto begrüßen Sie in Colonia Sant Jordi im Süden von Mallorca. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen ist gerade morgens wunderbar. Das Appartement ist nach der Modernisierung sehr schön.

Diese Apartments mit 2 oder 3 Schlafzimmern liegen 50 m vom Strand Es Port und dem Hafen Colonia Sant Jordi entfernt. Freuen Sie sich auf komfortable Unterkünfte mit einer großen, möblierten Terrasse.... Die Wohnung befindet sich in ausgezeichneter Lage, sie war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man benötigte. Der Balkon war sehr groß ( leider war der Blick zu den Nachbarn nicht so schön, ein völlig verdreckter Balkon, aber da kann der Vermieter ja nichts für). Die Ausstattung ist eher einfach, aber ausreichend.

Although the apartments are a bit old and in need of renovation, they are in a very practical position, walking distance from everywhere, they are big enough for a family of 3, kitchen is fully equipped, they are very clean (very important) and they offer private parking for free. Remote check-in is easy and price was also very reasonable, in low season at least. The only minus is sound isolation, which is pretty bad (let's say "non existent"), so if you are unlucky and get noisy neighbours don't expect to sleep too well at night. In our case, we stayed there for 7 nights and the above mentioned unfortunate circumstances happened only on Friday, thanks God.
