It is clean, comfortable and has good working amenities such as air conditioning. It is beautifully appointed. The local area is stunning and accessible on foot. Playa Blanca Beach, the Papagayo Beaches, the Rubicon Marina, with shops and restaurants, a lovely harbour with sailing boats and motor boats. The walk to Rubicon Marina is a beautiful one, along the coast, with benches looking out to sea, lanterns and paving. The beaches mentioned are soft golden sand and the sea is clean. Los Coloradas is a collection of shops and restaurants and amenities and hotels just a skip away from the villa. One can stock up with provisions for the Papagayo beaches there, and then walk over the volcanic cliffs, easily, to access these beaches.
