Las Américas Park - Parque Santiago II is a beachfront property located in Playa de las Americas, a few steps from Playa de Troya and 1.4 km from Aqualand. When I arrived I thought it was an open reception, I probably didn't read the instructions correctly. To make matters worse our phones didn't work we had to do some settings on the phone to get it to work. They were so lovely at the real estate agent to help us after that everything went very well. When I got into the apartment and was able to connect to the internet I figured out the problem with the phone. The apartment was great and nice to be in, the noise didn't bother us so it was just nice to have the window open and listen to the music which was turned off at 11pm. The pool bar was great and the staff were awesome. Around this hotel there is everything you could want. We went to the beach a lot to watch the surfers.

The apartment is well equipped with plenty of amenities, and you’re also spoiled for choice with shops, restaurants and activities nearby. The beds were super comfy and the hosts were lovely very helpful! Great seaside getaway! Thank you again!

Apartamento Frente al Mar con gran terraza is situated in Playa de las Americas, 1.6 km from Aqualand, 15 km from Golf del Sur, as well as 29 km from Los Gigantes. Amazing location on the beach. Small, clean apartment. Balcony is huge and an absolute suntrap. Would book again.
