The front doors have a great security system, we felt safe.

It is located in a very nice place and the view from the terrace is amazing. Apartments are exceptionally clean. It furnished very well and there is everything you might need. The host is very friendly, they respond very fast even during Christmas holidays. We enjoyed every moment we spent there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us with early check in. Great to chill, relax and go to the beach. Very close to loro parque.

This apartment is truly a dream, easy to locate given the appearance from the outside. It's modern decorated and close to everything, beach, shops, bar, cafes, restaurants and a 6 minute walk to Loro Parque. The view is absolutely amazing and in January the sunshine was on the balcony from 9am til 2pm. Evening views of the lights in Puerto de la Cruz were beautiful to see too.

Everything was just great, apartment is even more beautiful and bigger than it looks from the photos. It has everything you need to the very small detail. Location is perfect, close to a very nice beach. We also got a guide about restaurants, beaches and places that are worth to visit (with location and description). Communication without any problems. I was literally amazed. We travel quite a lot but this was so far our best accomodation and we will definitely come back. Could not recommend more! :)) Wish all the best to our hosts!
