They are very warm and so available, they always help you and try to keeping attention to their guests to make sure that they are doing fine. The location is so so good with the most beautiful beach of the island just below the hotel.

The location is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. The apartment has all the facilities you may need to be comfortable. Situated in Costa Calma, EL balcón del mar features accommodation with a private pool, a balcony and sea views. Everything was just wonderful and we enjoyed our stay enormously! I specially loved the decoration of the apartment: all the colours are matching and gave us the sensation of a true beach holiday. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the beds comfortable. Also the sofa: so cosy! The view from the balcony is pure delight. Btw: do not book if you want the hustle and bustle of a city: The building lies in the nowhere, which is one of the reasons for my 5* rating :-)

I think choosing this apartment on my second trip to Fuerteventura was the best thing to do. Even before we arrived, our host Andreas' kind and detailed notification message made us happy from the beginning of our trip. And the moment we arrived and faced the apartment, the neat and pretty interior was so nice. The very clean bedding and terrace were so wonderful, and the bathroom and everything was so clean. And Andreas' kindness and messages from many good restaurants and destinations in Fuerteventura made our trip even richer.
