The location couldn't be more lovely, with the view of Mediterranean. Even though our apartment did not have a balcony, the floor to ceiling windows in both the bedroom and living room had a fantastic view. We didn't cook, but the kitchen/dining supplies seemed to be fully stocked. The Menton Garavan train station was so close, which was an important part of our plan, because we took it to go the Formula 1 in Monaco everyday and to get to Nice. Proximity to restaurants and the beaches was very good. The path along the water is perfect if you jog or like to bike.

The apartment ticked nearly all my boxes. Good shower in a good sized bathroom , good WiFi, good air-conditioning. The price in September was fair and reflected the size ( it is a studio after all but seemed a bit larger because of bed in the wall and the nice balcony). Comfortable but firm double bed for my back. Balcony overlooking the sea but with good views of the harbour and with good views also of old town and Italian coast. Good transport links with Gare Menton-Garavan close by plus #1 and # 18 buses and especially the #25 up to Tende. Italy border is only a few hundred metres away. Smart end of town with the Yacht Harbour so close. There was plenty of storage space for two and it was clean and easy to keep clean. The whole block's corridors were cleaned every day. There is a large U Express supermarket in walking distance (but with a nearby bus stop if your shopping bags are heavy). Amie du Pain bakery adjacent and open early. Serves breakfast. I would definitely go back and intend to next year.

Great location and nearby beaches, a supermarket in a walking distance. Great contact with the flat owner, quick replies, but only in Italian. The flat is fully equipped with some supplies which was very helpful. The parking at the back of the building was very good. Everytging was as described on Booking. We recommend this flat.
