The location, cleanliness, and the design of this apartment was topnotch. The furniture was clearly new and the whole place was brandished and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay here and have no complaints. It is at the fifth floor, I believe, but it has an elevator so the baggage was no issue on our end to take all the way up. Definitely would recommend for a nice stay!

The location couldn't be better, beach is in front and Menton's best restaurants are within 200 m radius. The view to mountains and sea is magnificent. If you happen to have a rainy day, this modern Loft is equipped with all top notch features and gadgets to keep you happy; fully equipped kitchen (and bar) with complete set of highest quality appliances, jumbo sized Sony's in the living room and kitchen, all bed rooms with A/C and TVs with dozens of channels..and even a stand alone gaming machine. Host was flexible with the key collection timing and introduced the property in detail. Can fully recommend.

Airbnb..studio so do not expect hotel services. I liked the fact that as an airbnb it is well equipped. Has parking and a nice terrace. CLAUDIA the owner is very kind and helpful...all in all i recommend though personally and for an elder couple i prefer hotels.
