The views are absolutely amazing. Waking up to the sea each morning was unforgettable. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring we slept perfectly every night. The location is ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Everything was spotless and very clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would happily stay again!

Sitting on beside the beach with many suites having a swim up pool. There are plenty of sunbeds both on the beach and at the numerous pools in the complex. There is a wonderful on-site spa with excellent treatments. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help. We sat on loungers on the beach most days and the staff were on hand to take drink and food orders. It is just about a 10 minute walk from Cos town and yet far enough way to feel secluded and away from it all.

The Deluxe Beach House was perfect for our family holiday in Kos. The location of the house is ideal in terms of access to the beaches, restaurants and Kos town. Within the surrounding area there are many amenities and plentiful places to eat. There was a great Supermarket (AB) within a 5-minute walk, where basic supplies can be purchased. The house is beautifully appointed and as a family of four we never felt cramped. It is spacious and the air conditioning was a great asset especially during the middle of August! The views from the front balcony are breath taking and a wonderful location to take your morning coffee. We did have a few questions during our stay and the host was always quick to respond and resolve these. We were also able to book the airport transfer through the hosts and again this was prompt and efficient with a really friendly driver. We made wonderful memories during our stay in Kos and these were also due to our stay in this beautiful house.

The best rental experience that I’ve ever had. Georgia and Yannis were wonderful hosts. They did whatever they could to make our visit to Kos a great trip. The apartments (A & C) were beautiful and very clean. The beach is steps away and it’s a very short walk to Kos Town. Highly recommended for anyone.

The sea view was beautiful, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I come back.
