The property is a little farther off the beach than others, but its literally 1 extra minute of walking and totally worth it. Room was beautiful, balcony was beautiful. View of beach was beautiful.

It was my seventh visit to Goa and my favorite beach Arambol but I hadn't known about this gem of a place earlier. The live music is to die for! They have some of the most amazing artistes playing for them every evening and I used to sit out my evenings in its open air bar and relish the music as well as the symphony of the waves, kissing the Arambol beach. The amenities in the room can be improved though but as the manager said, that this place is about giving an experience and not the usual stay. Aditi, the manager is simply terrific! She's straightforward yet cooperative and get things done very professionally. I think now I will only book this place for all my future holidays! This Is It!!
