Set in Chia, 200 metres from Su Portu Beach and 19 km from Nora, La Casa sotto la Torre antica offers a garden and air conditioning. We spent 14 days at this place in the summer of 2024. It is an exceptional location, especially its location to 2 beaches that are very nice and not crowded with people. There are flamingos living near part of one beach. One beach is also suitable for staying with smaller children. The accommodation is completly equipped, we did not miss anything. The view is of an olive orchard and mountains. The host is very caring, kind and helpful. The accommodation is part of a large house where there are 3 other apartments. It is a quiet destination, away from hotels, exactly the place we are looking for. It is definitely necessary to have a rental car, most services are not in walking distance.

Featuring a garden, bar and views of sea, Case Sul Mare Residenze Di Bes is located in Chia, 80 metres from Monte Cogoni Beach. Nice and functional bungalow, very close to a very nice beach in walking distance. The hosts were nice but we only saw them at check-in and -out. Spacy and practical rooms with two bath rooms, nice terrasse with a table and long chairs in the garden. Fast and stable internet in case you need it. A/C worked really well at around 30C outside.

Villa sul mare a Chia is a beachfront property situated in Domus de Maria, 19 km from Nora and 19 km from Nora Archaeological Site. Excellent accommodation 100 m from the beach in a quiet dead end street. Parking directly in the garden of the villa. The villa has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, two toilets and two terraces surrounded by oleanders. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday, including beach umbrellas and chairs. There is a restaurant nearby. A small market is about 300 m away in the campsite. A large supermarket is 2 km away. The villa was clean, the beds comfortable. The owner was very pleasant.

Il Gabbiano is located in Chia, just 200 metres from its sandy beaches. It offers free WiFi in public areas, a restaurant and classically-furnished rooms featuring air conditioning. Couldn't have asked for anything better especially location just seconds to the Laguna full of flamingos and 5 minutes from the amazing beach. Just one tip, renting a car will also make a big difference 😀 Only little thing we wished for was a kettle to be able to make some coffee that's all but otherwise all perfect 👍👌

Set within 400 metres of Campana Dune Beach and 20 km of Nora, Casa Bithia features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Chia. My partner and I stayed with our two young children for four nights. We loved our stay. Plenty of room for the kids to run around. The house was spacious and clean. It was very close to the beach (100m walk). Very relaxing. Hosts were very helpful and excellent communication. We arrived very late at night and they met us there.

Boasting a garden and views of inner courtyard, Residence Chia is a recently renovated apartment situated in Chia, 600 metres from Campana Dune Beach. The property has a rustic feel and a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony area - the sunny location is fabulous; the local beach is only a 5 minute walk away and in the other direction for 5 minutes you can go to a local store to get your morning bread and supplies if not wanting to get in the car to Pula (18mins only) to a supermarket. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but you will need a car to dine at others, explore local beaches and also to get to a competitive place to rent a boat.

If you are coming to Sardinia to spent some time on the beach, Villa Myrtos is a perfect spot since it takes a short stroll to get to amazing beaches. The house has a beautifull garden, we were in awe of the smell that some flower gave off. When sitting outside you have a view at the sea and land with some mountains. The house is perfet for 3 couples. The table outside and inside fits exactly 6 people so we could have game nights and breakfasts together. The kitchen is fully equiped so we cooked everything we wanted. It has a private free parking for 3 cars and the neighborhood is quiet.
