Casalbivio was a wonderful surprise for us to find when we were looking to book our stay in Positano. The pictures looked great and when we walked inside it was beautiful and very clean! It smelled amazing too! The host was extremely helpful and booked a private driver for us both to and from Positano, as we flew in and out of Rome. We had everything we needed for our stay. We booked this house specifically for the hot tub as we visited in April and it was a bit chilly. We enjoyed sitting in it and relaxing each night. Breakfast was included at the little market /restaurant at the bottom of the stairs which was so convenient and the owner of the restaurant was lovely. It was a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend!

You overlook the stunning ocean. The apartment was bigger than we expected with 3 bathrooms. It is located in a quieter part of Positano, so it is lovely, calm and quiet at night. We had initial concerns about previous reviews about a foul odour, but this is not an issue. A couple of times at the apartment, when using the showers there was a slight foul smell but this smell exists throughout Italy. It's the price you pay for a beautiful country with very old plumbing. We loved it here. The photos do not do the views justice. There is a public beach about 10mins walk away which was incredible.

Everything was amazing. We loved the room, the view, the amazing food and the kind hosts. The private beach made our stay extra special. Lots of steps, but totally worth it!
