They upgraded our room to one with a huge terrace and an incredible view, prepared a small gift, and even gave us a handwritten birthday card for my wife. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to Maria (if I remember the name correctly) from the reception, who took great care of us during our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - easily one of the best we’ve ever had. The breakfast room itself is magnificent, the variety of options is huge, and the staff constantly make sure everything is perfect. This hotel alone is a reason for us to come back to Montenegro.
