Our flight got canceled so we had to skip the first two nights of our stay, but the hosts were really kind and let us keep the booking. Initially we booked a double room but thanks to understanding of the hosts we ended up living in the penthouse and the room with veranda. Penthouse: AMAZING! The night sky view you get from the rooftop and the garden is insanely beautiful. The garden is huge and is perfect for evening gatherings, couple of drinks and sunset viewing. The penthouse has a separate dining room with kitchenette and all cooking supplies - even blenders, pans, glasses etc. The bathroom is very comfortable and spacious with all necessary amendments like bidet, toothbrush, shampoos. Double room with veranda: veranda is really cozy and the room is lovely too. But if you are considering between getting a penthouse or not, go for penthouse all the way! Breakfasts. You can select among 10 breakfasts choices and they will cook it for you right there. Breakfasts were always fresh and delicious, I highly recommend getting them with your stay. Location. It’s only 2 mins walk to Diniwid beach which is sort of secluded with not many tourists. If you want to go to white beach, it’s about 10-15 mins walk through the beach (not good for kids and old people) or can take an e-trike. around 10 mins ride to d-mall, and costs about 200php. Rooms are throughly cleaned, the beds are soft and huge, staff is polite and welcoming. They have three dogs on the property who will be sharing breakfast with you :) You can also ask for beach towels when you go to swim. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Apartman Boracay Amor nalazi se u mirnom i tihom dijelu Diniwida na Boracayu, na brdu, a nudi besplatni WiFi u javnim prostorima. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast especially the panncakes were my kids favorite. The rooms were super clean and the whole place was very peaceful. Perfect getaway if you prefer to be further away from the hectic crowded places.

We had a bad previous experience as we were scammed out of $500 by a fictional property in Borocay (note: even though I brought this to bookings.com's attention, that property was still on their site weeks later, so caveat emptor). We were glad to book Franky's after that experience. The best thing about Franky's is the live-in attendant Roy and his lovely family. He was always available to help during power-cuts or with booking transport and the fact they live on the property added to our sense of security when we went out. The property is exactly as photographed and there are three spacious bedrooms and a living area. We were easily able to self-cater and there are small supermarkets very nearby with malls a short trike-ride away. There is also a small beach which has two great restaurants. The property is on a hillside with a main road at the bottom and we could usually pick up a trike there. It is a very quiet neighborhood but only 10-15 mins by trike from the touristy area so it was ideal for a family.
