I love the hospitality of the owner and they are really accommodating. We checked in Midnight and the room was already clean and even though they are so sleepy, they really did their best to lift our luggage to the 2nd floor. The views are amazing, you will see the el nido town proper and the beach in the balcony. We also arrived where the festival or fiesta is active, so it was noisy outside, but the people there is amazing because they apologize in advance and they will also convince you to join their festival.

The staff are so genuinely friendly and accommodating - they truly go above and beyond to make you feel cared for. The room was immaculate with thoughtful touches throughout (e.g. a Dyson hairdryer) that really elevated the experience. I can also recommend the H Hospitality Group’s restaurant a 10 minute walk from the hotel - the food was lovely, and again, the staff were phenomenal. I’m already looking forward to returning again!

After we arrived and saw the place we left .the description is untrue!! I planned our trip ahead...put a filter of A C.in the search. There is NO A.C. in the living area. The windows were just holes in the wall..no glass no mosquito net! The whole buildo g didmt connect and seal to the roof ..holes for mosquitos and bugs. There is no garden as described on booking.com...we left and had to find a place for those 2 night we had booked...stuck without a place to sleep.my daughter and i We are still waiting fir our refund!! We are still waiting for customer service to reply to us ..
