After we arrived and saw the place we left .the description is untrue!! I planned our trip ahead...put a filter of A C.in the search. There is NO A.C. in the living area. The windows were just holes in the wall..no glass no mosquito net! The whole buildo g didmt connect and seal to the roof ..holes for mosquitos and bugs. There is no garden as described on booking.com...we left and had to find a place for those 2 night we had booked...stuck without a place to sleep.my daughter and i We are still waiting fir our refund!! We are still waiting for customer service to reply to us ..

The hotel combines cement, green plants, and lots of wooden accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions. I asked them to help book an island-hopping tour, and the experience was fantastic! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting El Nido, whether for relaxation or adventure.

Super clean, AC worked great, shower had hot water, bed was big and comfortable and lastly perfect location 2 minutes away from all the noise with no noise outside the actual hotel. 10/10 if you coming to El Nido you should stay here.
