After reading a lot of negative reviews about this property, I was a bit skeptical. One hour after I checked in I immediately extended my stay for 2 more nights as I found everything about the place desirable. The bed was big enough for me, a huge TV that I can adjust to face the bed, spacious bathroom with hot water, working AC, and a balcony with a million dollar view. Wifi is starlink and worked perfectly yet the best part was that I can do swimming in probably El Nido’s best easily accessible public beach with crystal clear water. The beach is lined up with nice restaurants from McDonald’s at the entrance to Vanilla Beach which is open 24 hours, to Las Cabanas resort from where I enjoyed ceviche (kilawin) almost daily. Also, don’t skip J83 restaurant as they have the best sunset view and the best pizzas and calzones. The cottage is a short 10-minute walk to the zipline platform. I stayed during the low season so I did not hear a lot of noise as mentioned in the other reviews. The sari sari store next to the cottage is a plus if you want to enjoy cheap ice cream, soda, or even beer. I made friends with the local people there and they made my stay really memorable. For the price, this place is a true gem and I don’t even lie in my reviews you can check my profile to see the number of properties I’ve reviewed.

The accommodation offers panoramic views of the surrounding rainforests and plantations. amazing location and pool great staff - very helpful with booking tours and providing recommendations good location - walking distance to beach and short tricycle into town

Die Unterkunft La Casita - Beach House, Las Cabañas, die in El Nido gelegen ist – weniger als 200 m von Strand Marimegmeg Beach entfernt – besticht durch Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit kostenlosem... Wunderschöner Strand gleich vor der Haustür (Unterkunft liegt in 2. Reihe, direkt an der Zipline). Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es gibt ein paar nahegelegene Restaurants direkt am Strand, dort kann man gut essen. Roller ausleihen war auch kein Problem, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Eigentümer waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Die Unterkunft Sunset at Las Cabanas bietet einen Garten, einen eigenen Strandbereich, eine Terrasse und ein Restaurant in El Nido. The location was beautiful. The staff was so lovely. We were well taken care of our needs. We had some technical issues with wifi but its no fuss as it uncontrollable sometimes. We had good time with breakfast delivery every morning. The food and drinks were amazing.
