After we arrived and saw the place we left .the description is untrue!! I planned our trip ahead...put a filter of A C.in the search. There is NO A.C. in the living area. The windows were just holes in the wall..no glass no mosquito net! The whole buildo g didmt connect and seal to the roof ..holes for mosquitos and bugs. There is no garden as described on booking.com...we left and had to find a place for those 2 night we had booked...stuck without a place to sleep.my daughter and i We are still waiting fir our refund!! We are still waiting for customer service to reply to us ..

I never comment on these review platforms but an exception must be made. Why? The staff of Z Garden Hotel are exceptional at the service that they provide. Every bit of detail and attention is given to you. Any questions I had were all given a response with sometimes even extra details that thought of things I didn’t even. I was warmly greeted and made to feel at home throughout my stay! Special thanks to Elize and Rence. Superb!

Our stay at Elmo’s place in El Nido was truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, the bed unbelievably comfortable (we slept like babies!), and the AC kept everything perfectly cool. Having our own private bathroom with hot water was a great bonus. Every morning, Elmo and Grace prepared a delicious homemade breakfast that we enjoyed while overlooking the peaceful port and the fishing boats. It’s such a calming way to start the day. The area is quiet and local, yet just a short walk from all the restaurants, bars, and activities in town. What made this stay exceptional was their incredible hospitality and generosity. We felt completely at home and loved spending time with them. They are rays of sunshine, kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. They helped us with everything: booking tours, arranging scooter rentals and tuk-tuks, and sharing the best local recommendations especially for authentic local food we would never have found on our own.
