The room was clean with a comfortable bed, good A/C, hot water, a fridge, kettle, safe, and daily cleaning and water. The whole resort was clean with a "new" feeling and brightly coloured decor. I don't know who is responsible for cleaning the washrooms by the pool but they were the cleanest most well maintained and stocked washrooms anywhere that we travelled in Southeast Asia and I really appreciated the efforts of the staff to keep it that way. We ate breakfast and had drinks at the resort which was tasty and the servers were always around and quick to attend to your needs. We watched the fire show on the beach at night and enjoyed the relaxed and entertaining experience. The pool area was lovely with lots of seating available and umbrellas and there were floaties available for anyone to use. There was also a massage area by the pool but we did not use it. Overall the staff were really helpful and I felt the resort provided good value. I think the main thing to be aware of if you come here is that this is a party area of Koh Samui, steps away from the main street with many bars and restaurants. If you are looking for this type of experience and want to be right in the heart of the action then it is not a problem but if you are expecting a really quiet peaceful experience you will be disappointed.
