Host exceptionally kind and helpful, they supported me right away in an unexpected situation and were always available. Fast and clear communication, a very warm welcome, and genuine attention to every detail. I also really appreciated the logistical help with their private driver. The sea view is absolutely incredible, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves is priceless. The bedroom felt completely private, and the services offered, like the in-room massage, were truly high level. Overall, it felt like I found an affordable option with value far beyond the price. For the rest of my trip I stayed in a five-star hotel very close to this residence, and honestly it didn’t offer anything significantly better, apart from a few extra services and a beach that’s slightly closer, at around ten times the price. This is truly one of the best choices you can make.

Situated in Matemwe, 6 km from Dive Spot, Karabai Villa features an outdoor pool and spa centre. Mnemba Island is 7 km from the property. The perfect retreat to completely relax in peace. As previous reviews have noted, Ali and his team are wonderful, the prepared breakfasts (and other meals if you want them) are great, the pool is fantastic for kids, and there are many spots around the house to lounge about. Really glad we chose to stay here as opposed to the northern beaches. Ali arranged a day trip there which was great and then we returned to the serenity and space of this beautiful private villa.
