We used the complimentary bikes a few times. All staff were extremely friendly, from cleaning staff to receptionists and valet service.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Jacksonville Mayport features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a shared lounge and terrace in Jacksonville. The General Manager Erica and staff made the stay memorable. I could not have asked for better customer service. I was pleasantly suprised by relaxed they made to make our trip the best. I came down early for a wedding and Eric and the staff more than accommodated my wife to allow her to get dressed prior to the event. Rooms were a great size and comfortable.
